Our Team
Josiah Evants
Josiah is co-owner of Midtown Coffee and carries an intense passion for great coffee and roasting coffee as well. You'll see him on bar many weekday mornings and roasting at our Dardanelle facility. Josiah was involved originally in launching MIdtown Coffee back in 2015 under the original owner. In 2016, he and his father Mark purchased the business and began developing more espresso-based offerings, Cold Brew, quality loose leaf teas, and NItro Coffee.
Favorite Midtown Drink: Ethiopian Aeropress.

Favorite hobby: Riding his Harley.
Kerstyn Evants
Kerstyn Evants is the sister of Josiah and now a co-owner with her dad and brother. She came on staff after Josiah was severely injured in a motorcycle accident and decided to stick around. She moved to manager at our Dardanelle drive-through in January 2019 when it opened. She is also involved and oversees our baking from the Dardanelle location.

Mike Sandow
Mike "Sandy" Sandow has been an employee of Midtown since the early days. His indispensable talent on the bar and behind the scenes really helps keep things running with excellence. Mike was promoted to our Regional Manager but does many things including barista, machine maintenance, training, coffee guzzling, and more.

Mark Evants
Mark is the proud father of Josiah and Kerstyn and the behind-the-scenes paperwork guy for the most part. Occasionally he'll pop out to assist the baristas on register or deliver products to one of the locations. His greatest love in business is getting to work with family and share in the success of Midtown. The mom of the family is Christina whose main job is latte and "Scarecrow" tasting...as well as trying any new drinks the baristas make.

Zack Wilson
Zack has been with Midtown since 2021 and brings a lot of joy to the team! He was recently promoted to the store manager for our North location by McDonalds. His extensive knowledge and love of coffee brings us some special drinks and brews from time to time. His kindness and love for people is part of what has made Midtown so successful

Emily Turner
Emily has been with the Midtown team since early 2021 and currently serves full-time as our store manager at the Mall location. She loves plants and helped us design and buy all the plants in our newest location at 1108 N. Arkansas in Russellville. She a great leadership asset to the Midtown team and so pleasant to talk to!

Tory Evants
Tory has a long history with Midtown…since she’s the wife of Josiah! She brings kindness, calm, and a steady hand in our roasting facility…constantly roasting Cold Brew beans, espresso, and our single origin offerings. She enjoys learning the roasting craft. We are thrilled to have her a part of the team since 2021.

Abigal Breer
Abbi has been with Midtown since early 2021 and is a dedicated part of the MIdtown team! As a shift lead, she helps keep things running smoothly and our younger baristas on track. We thrilled to have her as one of our long-time customers and now as part of our leadership team!

Hadrian Daniels
Hadrian is one of the newer members of our team and currently serves as a shift lead. His energizing personality makes people feel welcome and encouraged! He always keeps his cool and brings a calm to the team even when it gets a bit stressful. We’re glad to have him at Midtown.
